  • Human Resources: Handles employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations. Prepares memos, monitors loans and claims, manages 201 files, and processes deployment and renewal requirements. Oversees employee benefits, IDs, APEs, and uniform issuance.
  • Operations: Assists in performance management through goal setting, appraisals, and recognition programs. Coordinates manpower replacement, attends client meetings (every Wednesday), and provides updates on deployed employees and incidents.
  • Technical and Timekeeping: Monitors equipment, tools, and supply deliveries; encodes absences and DTR reports; ensures accurate bio-log downloads and data submission.
  • Accounting and Supplies: Prepares billings, routes payroll and equipment expenses for signature, requests payments, and monitors office supplies and petty cash.
  • Site/Office Administration: Handles rent payments, equipment concerns, recruitment coordination, and communication with satellite offices to ensure efficient operations
