  • Commit to delivering outstanding customer service and employing innovative marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Lead the creation and execution of the marketing calendar, including direct mail campaigns, social media updates, and other promotional activities.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and create engaging website content.
  • Develop, design, and implement marketing initiatives aimed at generating demand and increasing website traffic.
  • Utilise advanced graphic design skills to update the product catalogue and marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe, and other design software.
  • Handle eCommerce tasks using platforms like Shopify, eBay, and Neto.
  • Accurately process online and phone/email purchase orders.
  • Prepare and issue quotes, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and manage sales records.
  • Serve as a backup for the Sales Administrator – Wholesale roles as needed.
