職位描述
職位職責：
負責處理日語用戶的諮詢、投訴及其他客服相關事宜，提供高效、專業的服務；
通過在線聊天、郵件、電話等渠道解答用戶問題，確保用戶滿意度；
反饋和跟進客戶需求，協調內部團隊優化用戶體驗；
關注行業動態，協助優化客服流程，提高服務質量；
完成上級交辦的其他任務。
