Ensures timely issue resolution, maintains compliance with regulatory standards, and delivers professional, high-quality customer support.

Qualifications:

• Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or have completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• With Banking/Financial/Billing/Insurance experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
• Willing to work on night shift schedule
