The Branch Customer Service Representative’s role operates in a variety of capacities concerning customer related issues from the field office level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles all assigned customer-related inbound calls, sms, and emails. This will include but not limited to the following: Loan balance inquiry, loan prospect inquiry, collection-related issues, requests for loan adjustments and payment arrangement.
  • Corresponds to customer complaints and forward to concerned departments for resolution.
  • Handles tele-sales functions that would include doing outbound calls to offer for repeat sales and loan applications.
  • Endorsement of closed accounts to loan operations for proper turn-over of customer’s documents.


Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
  • With 1-4 years of working experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Willing to work in Makati.
