• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, networks, and peripherals.
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex problems to higher-level support if necessary.
• Document issues, solutions, and interactions in a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Provide remote desktop support and walk customers through installation or setup procedures.
• Identify patterns in support requests to inform product or service improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, or product teams to resolve recurring or complex issues.
• Contribute to the creation of support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
• Stay up to date on new software or hardware products relevant to the business.
