More than 40 years ago, Capt. Inocencio P. Estaniel, Philippine Navy (Ret.), began the realization of a dream: for the Filipino seafarers to be among the best in the world. And it was this dream that led to the establishment of TRANS-GLOBAL MARITIME AGENCY, INC. (TMAI) on September 1, 1977. Staying true to Capt. Estaniel’s vision, Trans-Global embraced a commitment for excellence and quality, aiming to provide but the best seafarers. The success of Trans-Global lies, not only in their interminable commitment to Capt. Estaniel’s vision, but also on their ability to build and nurture relationships with both the seafarers and principals. Awards: Award of Distinction (POEA) Award for Excellence (POEA) Hall of Fame Award (POEA) Excellent Safety Performance Award given to its Principals (SOPI) Bagong Bayani Awards, given to Seafarers assigned to its Principals (POEA) Government Recognition No. 0017 given to Capt. I.P. Estaniel Training Center (DECS) Plaque of acknowledgment for outstanding performance in employment promotion and generation of foreign exchange remittances of Filipino seamen onboard foreign vessels.  Trans-Global Maritime Agency, Inc. is committed to providing its customers with qualified/competent seafarers and services that continually meet and exceed customer expectations.
