TAWI GROUP OF COMPANIES is engaged in various businesses from wooden pallet manufacturing/rentals, plantation/sawmill, restaurant/events catering, fabrication/installation of precast concrete products and more recently, software development. We don’t rest on our laurels; we continue to evolve to the changing demands of time.
TRANS-ASIA WOOD INCORPORATED (TAWI) was incorporated in 1997. TAWI has evolved from a humble manufacturer of one-time use pallets for an Australian construction material company to a vertically integrated pallet company. TAWI now has a sustainable tree plantation in Quezon, sawmill operations, 2 active pallet manufacturing facilities, and a network of imported raw material suppliers.
QUADSYS INCORPORATED (QSI) was incorporated in 2003. It is the division of TAWI GROUP that is focused on providing competitive pallet lease packages, technical solutions and after-sales services. QUADSYS pushes for continuous improvement in their products and services, and long-term, personalized partnerships with Clients.
EASYHOMES INCORPORATED (EHI) broke ground in 2007. Since then, EHI has designed and supplied/installed 150,000++ linear meters fences from Pangasinan down to Iloilo. EHI has fenced the developments of Alveo/Ayala, SM Prime Holdings, Belle Corporation, Landco, PA Builders, and CENQ. EHI also worked with MDC and DMWAI in fencing MCX and TPLEX expressways, respectively. EHI was awarded by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines as the company with “Most Number of Patents Filed 1998-2017”; EHI prides itself on having a very active R&D team who constantly challenges the status quo and develop better products and systems.
TAWItech INCORPORATED (TAWItech), incorporated in 2018, is the latest member of TAWI Group. TAWItech was established to create complementary applications (web and mobile) to support TAWI GROUP’s current and future client’s operations. TAWItech’s first product, AYUN!, is a revolutionary cloud-based asset monitoring, capable of monitoring movement of any returnable packaging equipment within interconnected supply chains.
CE Square Incorporated was established as the leisure, hospitality, and property development arm of the group. It began operating with Bahay Restaurant in 2013 and has since grown the brand to be a successful events place, bed and breakfast, and restaurant in Mandaluyong. Several properties and sites in the Quezon province are also in development under CE Square as it grows its portfolio to include agri-tourism, resorts, and specialized/provincial events places.
