Crosmedica Medical Laboratory and Diagnostic Services traces its humble beginnings through the concept of two entrepreneurially-oriented individuals who envisioned of putting up a diagnostic laboratory in a modern and complete setting; a laboratory with capabilities that can provide healthcare support to the general community. Today, Crosmedica is a DOH-licensed and accredited diagnostic laboratory with service provisions for both outpatient and ambulatory laboratory services. The clinic is equipped with automated diagnostic machines that are operated and maintained by our well-trained medical staff. We aim to cater to the health and medical laboratory needs of the public with efficiency, accuracy and fast turnaround time. We are committed to excellence and service above self. VISION To be a health service establishment committed to provide quality and costeffective clinical laboratory tests and medical diagnostic procedures in support of public health and wellness. MISSION To serve the community by providing quality clinical laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures with utmost dedication, care and compassion.
