Competent Maritime Professionals and Sea Staff (COMPASS) Training Center, Inc. is a Filipino-owned corporation established in 2009 through the shared initiative of maritime professionals and practitioners. Their collective vision was to establish a world-class maritime training center aimed at enhancing the competency and skills of Filipino seafarers to meet global standards. With this objective in mind, COMPASS Training Center emerged as a trailblazer in its field, leading the way towards professional excellence and competence. Since our inception, two fundamental principles have guided us: Uncompromising Excellence: We provide our trainees and clients with high-quality training experiences that are at par with global standards, while ensuring affordability. Continuous Innovation: We consistently challenge ourselves to adapt and evolve, keeping up with the ever-changing demands of the global maritime and offshore industry. Today, COMPASS stands tall as one of the Philippines' premier training centers. We specialize in delivering top-notch training and assessment programs, catering not only to Filipinos but also to foreign nationals. Over the years, we have expanded our horizons and ventured into offshore training and people skills development programs. Currently, the company operates three distinct business units: COMPASS MARITIME, COMPASS OFFSHORE and COMPASS PeopleSkills. Each business unit caters to the unique needs of individuals and organizations operating in these industries. Together, COMPASS and our business units are dedicated to empowering our clients with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their careers and achieve their professional goals. Through competency-based training, assessment programs, and people skills development, we employ various teaching methodologies, programs, and cutting-edge technology to facilitate growth and excellence.
