1. Plan and produce video content for crypto users, covering various formats such as product tutorials, feature introductions, platform campaigns, trending topics, science popularization, and brand communication.
2. Independently complete video editing and post-production tasks, including packaging, subtitling, voice-over, motion effects, etc.
3. Collaborate with marketing/operations/product teams to develop content scripts, ensuring alignment with business priorities and content structure.
4. Manage the distribution and operation of video content across multiple platforms (e.g., Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Telegram, Bilibili) to increase viewership and user engagement.
5. Analyze video performance data, regularly review dissemination results, and optimize content strategies.
6. Participate in visual communication planning for major platform events, supporting promotional campaigns for key initiatives such as product launches, AMAs, airdrops, and trading competitions.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and regularly generate video content ideas tailored to the preferences of Web3 users.
8. Coordinate external resources (e.g., voice-over artists, translators, editing collaborators) to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects); experience in independently planning, editing, and executing full video productions is required. A portfolio is preferred.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency/CEX/Web3 industry and understanding of crypto user content preferences (e.g., airdrops, trending topics, contracts, chain games).
• Strong content planning and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to design communication materials aligned with business objectives.
• Prior experience in operating video content on overseas platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitter, TikTok) is preferred.
• Basic English reading and verbal communication skills to support international content production and collaboration.
• Data-sensitive with a mindset for continuous review and optimization.
• Proactive, strong execution ability, and adaptable to the fast-paced Web3 content environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience operating short-form video accounts (e.g., TikTok, Reels, Douyin, Xiaohongshu).
• Familiarity with multilingual editing workflows, such as English videos with Chinese subtitles.
• Knowledge of Web3 visual content trends, such as meme-style editing, DeFi/contract product UI showcases, etc.
• Skills in motion graphics, 3D, or animation packaging are a plus.
